Job Readiness Awareness Program — Bridging the Gap Between Education & Employment

In Bangladesh, thousands of young people enter the job market every year without having the right skills, mindset, or preparation to meet employer expectations. As a result, even educated youths struggle with unemployment or underemployment.

At Youth Career and Development Hub (YCDH), we aim to bridge this gap through our Job Readiness Awareness Program — a structured initiative that prepares young people for real-world employment by offering practical guidance, skill development, and employment opportunities.

What We Offer:

  • Job Readiness Training
Workshops on CV writing, interview techniques, communication skills, workplace etiquette, and career planning.

  • Career Seminars & Awareness Sessions
Awareness programs in schools, colleges, and communities on career opportunities, market demands, and job readiness strategies.

  • Skill Development Workshops
Short-term training in employable skills like IT, freelancing, communication, customer service, and leadership.

  • Job Fairs & Employment Platforms
Organizing local job fairs connecting employers with job seekers and providing a platform for direct recruitment.

  • One-on-One Career Guidance
Personalized counseling to help youth identify career paths, overcome job market challenges, and set career goals.

Why Our Program Matters:

✅ Helps youth transition from education to employment.
✅ Builds confidence, professionalism, and employability skills.
✅ Connects job seekers with employers and real opportunities.
✅ Addresses unemployment through skill-based employment support.
